Terms and Conditions

Welcome to David Cane Corso Home. By purchasing or reserving a puppy from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing a deposit or finalizing your purchase.

1. Deposits

• A $400 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy or secure your place on the waiting list.

• Deposits are applied toward the final purchase price of the puppy.

• Deposits may be transferred to a future litter within 12 months if unforeseen circumstances prevent immediate adoption.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Puppies are priced individually based on lineage, color, and other factors.

• Full payment is required before a puppy leaves our care (typically at 10 weeks of age).

• Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Zelle, checks, money orders, or cash.

• If paying by check or money order, funds must clear before the puppy is released.

3. Health Guarantee

• All puppies come with a 1-year health guarantee covering life-threatening genetic and congenital conditions.

• Veterinary documentation is required to validate any health claim.

• In the event of a covered condition, a replacement puppy of equal value will be offered when one becomes available. Refunds are not provided.

• Routine care, common parasites, minor illnesses, or injuries after the puppy leaves our care are not covered.

4. Care & Responsibility

• Buyers agree to provide proper veterinary care, nutrition, training, and a safe living environment.

• Puppies must not be resold to pet stores, brokers, or puppy mills.

• If at any time you cannot keep your puppy, you must notify David Cane Corso Home. We will assist in rehoming, but refunds will not be given.

5. Breeding Rights

• Puppies are sold as pets only, unless breeding rights have been specifically discussed and approved.

• Breeding rights are available to select, approved breeders for an additional fee.

6. Pickup & Delivery

• Puppies may be picked up in person or delivered through approved ground/air transport at the buyer’s expense.

• All arrangements must be confirmed before the puppy’s scheduled go-home date.

7. Contract Agreement

• A signed Puppy Contract is required before any puppy is released.

• By placing a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
